In Spain, the competent body for web accessibility matters for public sector websites is the Centro de Referencia de Accesibilidad (CRA) of the Ministry of Public Administrations. For private sector websites, general consumer protection authorities are competent.

Note: Royal Decree 1112/2018 on web accessibility applies specifically to public sector bodies. CANARYmedtech S.L.U. is a private company and is not legally required to comply with RD 1112/2018, but voluntarily adopts its principles as best practice.
