3. Known Limitations
- Some third-party embedded content (HubSpot contact form) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working with the provider to address this.
- Decorative animated background elements in the hero section may be distracting for users with vestibular disorders. We are implementing
prefers-reduced-motionsupport. - Some complex SVG icons do not yet have full screen-reader descriptions beyond ARIA hidden attributes.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant supervisory authority. In Spain, the competent body for web accessibility matters for public sector websites is the Centro de Referencia de Accesibilidad (CRA) of the Ministry of Public Administrations. For private sector websites, general consumer protection authorities are competent.
Note: Royal Decree 1112/2018 on web accessibility applies specifically to public sector bodies. CANARYmedtech S.L.U. is a private company and is not legally required to comply with RD 1112/2018, but voluntarily adopts its principles as best practice.
